I am still doing classes. But not as many as I used to. I used to live by myself and I didn't have much to do on weekends. So I would schedule most Saturdays with either classes or trips to bead shows.
But I am now a married lady with a 14 year old. This means that I not only share my living space, but my free time.
But.....turns out that I really miss teaching and spending time with other creative people. I have started back teaching classes and hosting workshops for Charlottesville Bead Society. I have also from time to time had students reach out to request a particular class. Then I'll slap a notice together.

We will be cutting out Copper pieces (using hydraulic press – or scissors – or saw) Some students have requested learning how to saw.
Annealing the metal so that we can stamp designs into the soft copper.
Then finally soldering on a bezel cup and setting stone.
Materials to create three bezel pieces. (This could be ring, pendant or earrings. Earrings count as two bezels.)
It is a beginning level class – or fun for someone with some experience as well as I have some great hydraulic press dies.
