What is your cancellation policy?
All PDF and Video tutorials are non- refundable. Workshop and classes can be cancelled two weeks in advance for a full refund. If you must cancel without two weeks notice, you will be able to get credit for a different class or workshop.
Do you offer online tutoring?
If you are interested in having a one-on-one tutoring experience, please contact me directly to get scheduling and pricing.
Things to know before coming for your class or workshop...
Please park on Hancock Drive and not in the driveway. If you have trouble walking, please call me and I will make sure you have closer parking. My studio is in the lower level of my home. You can follow the walkway across the front lawn to the entrance on the side of the house. It is a slow easy slope down in the lawn. I have a bathroom on this level and a small refrigerator. Please bring you lunch and any snacks or drinks that you may want. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages as we are using sharp, heavy or hot tools.
